Future Beatnik! I’m glad you’re here. I’m D.W. and if you like music reviews, poetry, or critical essays, you’re in the right spot! I have been diving deep into records since I was 8, been writing since I was 13, and for the last 8 years I have been hosting 2 two-hour music programs at a local radio station. Here you’ll get original essays, music reviews, and poetry. I have a degree in Literary Theory, and I try to approach how I critique the world in the same manner I would critique a piece of literature: through the lens of Post-Colonial, Anti-Racist theory.
